Engagement Manager
I had a three hour assessment to complete from home the morning of the interview and then a two hour interview in the afternoon. The interview itself was a panel interview where I presented materials from the assessment, followed by a long conversation with the CEO about my strengths, skills, interests, and where the company was going. Everyone was professional and kind throughout.
- What's your strategy for handling a client whose project is running late and incurring extra costs?
Engagement Manager
The HR team was really nice and helpful. However, the interviewer came across as immature and disrespectful, with a superiority complex where they acted like only their time mattered. The process involved about 4-5 rounds, and I was frequently interrupted for other activities because their schedule was prioritized. It was quite disorganized. They didn't explain their product or technology much, just claiming it was better than all other automation tech available. The overall environment felt hostile.
- A questionnaire on problem-solving skills.
- A case study to analyze.
- An assessment of presentation abilities.
Engagement Manager
HR tried their best to make the process worth it and efficient, but the interviewer was very unprofessional and amateur. Another person, who had no connection to my interview, was present in the room. I was asked to sit diagonal to the interviewer, while the third person sat opposite. The interviewer seemed uninterested and had no intention of going through the interview smoothly. The questions were lame and the attitude was pathetic. They still have a lot to learn about respecting candidates, but HR gets 5 on 5.
- What makes you the right candidate for this position?
