I had a phone screen and then a Teams interview. Nadia, the recruiter, emailed to set up a call. I replied that afternoons were better, but she scheduled it for 8 am, not specifying the time zone. They are in Quebec, and I'm in Vancouver, so that could have been 5 am my time. After the Teams interview, they said I'd hear back the next day, but it's been a week and a half and still no word.

I had a really good initial interview. Two friendly guys welcomed me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. They asked me a lot of questions that I felt I answered very well. We shared a lot of laughs and it felt like a normal conversation between colleagues, even though it was an interview. Everything just felt right - a perfect experience!

First I was contacted by headhunters. Then a preliminary phone call with HR to confirm they got my resume and ask if I was interested in a first interview with the direct manager. After that, a remote interview of about 30 minutes with HR and the manager. Then a call to let me know where I was in their process. Finally, an in-person interview with the director, the manager, and HR, plus a tour of the offices (1h-1h30 total). They then took up references with my former employers and finally gave me an offer.

I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and HR. Then, there was a group interview with three senior individuals and the hiring manager. This was followed by an interview with two team members. The entire process felt very respectful, and the questions asked were excellent. It was a relaxed atmosphere, and I felt they were genuinely interested in understanding my background and experience. They did a commendable job highlighting the company, its culture, and the expected responsibilities. They were attentive and professional throughout. This positive interview experience suggests that working there would likely be very rewarding.
