It was a 2-step interview process. The first interview was with HR, and the second was with the manager. They asked relevant questions in a conversational manner. The HR team provided prompt and reasoned feedback on why I wasn't selected. Obviously, I'm disappointed, but it was still a good experience.

Got contacted for an interview about a week before they needed to fill the spot. Wound up doing three rounds plus a project where I had to create content and a marketing strategy for a fake client. The managers I talked to kept saying how badly they needed someone. They never mentioned salary, and I had to chase them for feedback after finishing the assignment. They claimed they were off email for the holidays, but it was after they were back in the office when I followed up.

I found this internship through my school. My career advisor told me about this opportunity, knowing I wanted to work in Public Relations. I sent the company my info and resume, and they got back to me right away to set up an interview for 2 days later. After the interview, they had me do a small exercise where I had to write a press release to check my writing and PR skills. Less than a week after that, I started!

Case Presentation

The hiring process was pretty lengthy with many levels of interviews. The staff was friendly and clearly knew what they were looking for. Overall a good process and it seems like a really good company to work for. The role I applied for was a junior role, but it felt like they were looking for a senior candidate to apply. It made the position feel a little out of reach.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I was asked to do a case study, which took me quite a bit of time to complete.
