So, I didn't have an HR interview, but I did chat with the department head and some of the senior folks. The HR person just told me I'd be meeting with the department head, but then four people showed up, which was a bit of a surprise. It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked me some questions about my projects.

There was an initial screening call, followed by 3 rounds of interviews. These interviews involved technical and structural behavioral questions, with very interactive discussions. The panel members (Exec Director, VP, PM, and Director) were knowledgeable and approachable, which helped calm my nerves. The recruiter was also very friendly and accommodating.

So, first there was this take-home challenge sent via email. It had four parts: basic conversion, UNIX commands, scripting, and communication. If you nailed all four, you'd get invited for an on-site interview. Then, the on-site itself, which involved like 10 people, mostly other PSTs, and they all took turns asking me stuff. They really drilled down on the projects from my resume, since I have a tech background, and asked a lot of behavioral questions. Definitely brush up on your resume and know every tech in your projects! Also, maybe look up common interview questions. The whole thing, from applying to the on-site, took about a week. They were super quick to respond and even let me redo the challenge a few times, which was cool. It took another week to hear back about an offer. Turns out the PST role I applied for closed, so they offered me an internship instead. Overall, it was a really nice experience!
