Behavioral Technical Coding

It was a 4 stage process. First, a HR call which was pretty standard. Then, a technical assignment that tested my knowledge and was related to the project and actual framework. After that, a technical interview where we discussed the assignment and they asked general testing questions. Finally, a manager interview.

Behavioral Technical

I had two interviews that were simply and decently prepared, and they were polite the entire time. In the first, I emphasized my availability since I saw the company was open to full-time and part-time roles. I got to the second round and had a technical interview that lasted an hour, and at the end, I asked how they envisioned my contribution in a part-time role, and they were unaware and made it clear that less than full-time wasn't an option, so I wasted my time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had 3 steps: a recruiter call, a tech panel interview, and an interview with the Team Lead and Hiring Manager. It included technical questions about how things work, behavioral questions, and questions about the company. The whole thing was smooth and professional, even though it took a while. It was the most exciting DevOps role I've interviewed for recently, but unfortunately I couldn't continue with Sonnen.

Behavioral Technical

Had a really relaxed chat with the recruiter and got invited to a remote interview with the hiring manager. The interview was a genuine conversation about aspirations, career goals and what the team does. A day later, I received an email from the hiring manager suggesting alternative roles. I expressed interest in one of the positions and got invited to another interview with a new hiring manager. This interview was again a genuine conversation, with many questions about my previous roles, achievements, and challenges. There was time for my questions and they were answered openly. I had one final interview with the CTO which made me feel like I'm in the right place. Then I got the offer.
