I applied online via Indeed and immediately had to take the Sonic customer service assessment. A day later, the recruiter reached out to set up a phone interview. This call lasted about 25 minutes, mostly with the recruiter explaining the job and company. They asked about my previous experience. The next day, I had an in-person interview, also around 25 minutes. I spoke with three people individually, and it felt pretty casual. The main question was about my past job duties. They said a decision would take 24-48 hours, but I got an offer just 6 hours later.

I just had to complete an online personality test and writing sample. I heard back almost immediately after submitting my resume and cover letter. I would say a very original cover letter is key so at least catching the interviewers eye. Try to make it more personable instead of too formal. Try to show your personality and how you're different from the masses. I have not had an official interview at this point. I only took their tests a couple of days ago.

I found out about this job opening online and sent in my application. They got back to me pretty quickly and we scheduled an interview in under two weeks. I ended up talking with four managers, including HR. They asked me a bunch of questions about my sales background, how I handle myself in a business setting, my key strengths and skills, what drives me, my career goals, and what I could bring to the company.
