The interview was virtual, starting with a playlist brief. It then moved to an in-office part with different people. I think I saw another candidate's playlist too. The office part was good though, I really wanted to work there.

The first interview was with the whole team, and they were all super friendly. Each person on the team got to ask me a few questions. I also got to ask them questions about the company, and they answered them pretty straightforwardly.

The interview process was super organized and friendly. First, I had a phone chat with the manager of the department, then another interview with some other folks from that department. They were really cool about my time and seemed to actually care if the company was a good match for me, not the other way around. They answered everything I asked and kept me updated. I actually got offered a different job than the one I applied for, but it was still in the same department. The whole thing took about a month from when I sent in my resume to getting the offer.

Behavioral

This was a finance role. I had 2 phone interviews and 3 in-person interviews, all on separate days. The interviews themselves were fine. The company, job, and people seemed amazing, but it turned out to be an illusion. They offered me the job, and after I had already resigned from my previous position, they rescinded the offer for a vague reason. I've never been treated this unprofessionally in my entire career, and honestly, I regret even responding to the job posting. I usually don't say bad things about companies that give me a chance, but this was beyond unprofessional. Be careful of this place. They didn't even bother to contact me after sending a cold, generic email, which was the complete opposite of how they acted during the interviews. What a waste of time.
