The interview process began with an initial 30-minute online meeting. This first interview was more in-depth than anticipated. I advanced to a second round. However, the second interview didn't happen as scheduled because no one showed up. I had to contact HR to arrange a reschedule. The rescheduled second interview seemed okay, although I sensed something was not quite right.

The process was generally pleasant, a standard one including a chat with the Team Lead, Department Head, and an HR Specialist. The atmosphere was nice, and they showed me the workspace and the team. On the downside, they seem to be trying to save money and push down the salary.
