The first interview was in person and it was a quick 30 minute chat with the hiring manager. They called me back about 3 weeks later for a second interview. This second interview was with 2 people and lasted about an hour and a half. The questions were mainly behavioral. I asked for a timeframe on when I would know their decision and they gave me one. I haven't heard back and it's been over a month.

It was pretty straightforward. I interviewed with 3 people: one was from HR, and the other two were in more technical roles at the company. One of those technical interviewers was my potential boss. The technical interviewers will ask you technical questions, so make sure you're ready.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole thing took about 4 months. First, I talked to a third-party recruiter. Then, the hiring manager gave me a call to go over the company. After that, the hiring manager called me again for an interview. Then I had a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager, who actually flew in for it. The final stage involved flying out to the corporate office in California. There, I had five 30-minute interviews with the Director of Marketing, the Product Development Manager, a Senior Clinical Specialist, the Director of HR, and the CEO.

It took over a month after I applied for HR to get in touch to set up a phone interview. They were about 15 minutes late for the scheduled call. At the end of the call, I asked about the timeline for a decision on a second interview but didn't get a straight answer. Haven't heard back since, and it's been over 3 months now.
