Customer Success Advocate
So after the initial recruiter call, there was a video call with the recruiter too. Then I met with the hiring manager. After that, there were two online tests, the CCAT and a personality one. Then I met another CSA, and finally, I did a technical presentation. It was a really long process, but everyone was nice.

HR Manager
It started with a recruiter call to get to know the company, talk about my experience, and see if we were aligned. Then, I had to do some standardized tests that weren't too hard. The final step was a meeting with the Chief People Officer. It didn't work out because of external reasons, but I'd definitely apply again.
- Can you share an instance where you were in charge of implementing a major project across the entire company?
Account Manager
So first there was the recruiter screening, then a meeting with the hiring manager, followed by two meetings with other team members. After that, I had to do a deal review presentation. Then I took a CCAT assessment. The recruiter told me I aced the sales part of the CCAT, but the other section didn't save properly. She asked if I could redo the shortened version, and I agreed. She even said I had the job and that the re-assessment was just a formality, asking for my home address to generate the offer. The recruiter went on leave, and her assistant never followed up. I followed up a week later and was told they hired someone else because they were a 'better fit'. It was super unprofessional, and honestly, if I see any jobs from them, I'll tell people to stay away. I'm still bitter about the unprofessional behavior I've seen from internal and talent staff.
- Can you tell me about your sales experience in the Cyber Security field?
Manager, Competitive Intelligence
The interview process here is way too long and takes up a lot of time, and they really drag you through it just to get a bunch of candidates. Everything they do is only to benefit themselves. You start with a recruiter phone call, then a video chat with a recruiter, then they make you do this super hard logic test that you have to study for and they actually record you while you take it. It really shows they don't trust you or respect your background at all, like your education and work history aren't enough. If you somehow pass their 'tests', you then have to interview with four more people. After all that, they usually wait like two weeks to see if another candidate accepts an offer before they get back to you to say you didn't get the job. Honestly, by the end, I didn't even want to work here anymore. If they're this untrusting during interviews, I can't imagine how they treat employees.
