Recruiter was very unprofessional: sent messages way outside of business hours, was more than 20 minutes late for the interview, and didn't provide any feedback on the selection process, even though it was agreed they would follow up if the candidate wasn't selected. The whole hiring process felt amateurish.

My experience in the Somos selection process was very transparent and respectful. I was given all the necessary information at each interview stage, always with feedback on the process progress. All my interviews were in-person, and I had no issues with the scheduled times. They made me feel very comfortable and always made sure to clarify things, especially regarding what was expected for the position and information about the company.
