Project Manager
The interview process was quick and efficient. There was a minor issue with salary communication, but it was resolved promptly. Brooke was very helpful and kept things clear throughout. I was excited to get an offer from Somewhere and am grateful they extended one.
- How would you manage important clients?
Project Manager
Before talking to a Senior Recruiter, I had to answer some screening questions about my skills and experience. After that, I had an initial interview where I learned more about the role and the client; this call was for assessment and endorsement to the client. Then I met the client. While communication was good, there wasn't much visibility into the application status, but recruiters were available to answer questions. A video presentation was required before meeting the client. My assessment answers and the recruiter's recommendation formed an Intro Package for the Hiring Manager. If approved, I moved to the next round. It was a good experience with Somewhere.
- Can you tell me about your years of experience in similar roles?
- What PM tools have you used?
- What attracts you to this role?
Project Manager
They scheduled the interview as if it is so important that we must adjust our schedule. The interview was conducted off-camera with an unprofessional and disorganized team. Waste of my time.
- Can you tell me about yourself, your skills, and your experience?
