Creative Designer
The interview process was incredibly smooth, thanks to your efficiency and constant communication. From the initial assessment to the final offer, you kept me informed. There were minor hiccups, like calendar invite confirmation, which you handled proactively and with empathy. Your guidance was invaluable, making a potentially stressful experience very positive.
- Tell me about your professional background.
- Between coding and design, which do you find more enjoyable?
Graphic Designer
The interview journey was pretty straightforward and organized. First, there was a quick chat about my background, design experience, and the software I'm familiar with. Then, I got a design assignment to test my creativity, how I handle details, and if I can stick to the requirements. The last step was a video call with the hiring manager to go over my portfolio, previous work, and my problem-solving approach for design tasks. All in all, it was a good experience that helped me understand the job and the company vibe better.
- Can you tell me about your portfolio and what it contains?
Graphic Designer
The interviewer seemed a bit condescending. I got the impression they hadn't actually read my resume before the interview, because I had to explain things multiple times. It felt like a waste of my time.
- Could you give me a walkthrough of your resume?
- Can you describe your character?
- Can you describe your behavior?
