There was a lot of back and forth. Coleen and Mary were very quick to respond and provide a lot of very helpful details. The only thing I didn't like and still have concerns about is that they didn't use a secure file storage upload service to collect/store my driver license, it was all done via Google Forms.

So, the first part was this interview where they asked me questions about my resume. They wanted me to talk about myself, my previous jobs, and any software I've used. The interviewer also gave me a heads-up about what the job entails before we started.

Support Shepherd has some issues with how they organize things, especially when it comes to setting up interviews. They often miss the interviews they schedule and then set up another one without even telling me. I get that they're probably swamped with lots of interviews to find the best people for their clients, but honestly, their approach to applicants is pretty unprofessional.
