Behavioral

Didn't have a phone screen or questionnaire, was directly invited for an in-person interview via SchoolSpring. Received minimal details about who I'd meet, the location, or parking. The interview itself went well with good conversation flow, but afterward, there was complete silence. No reply to my thank you or follow-up emails, which felt unprofessional and unimpressive.

I had a quick intro to the job and was given a booklet with info about all the schools in the district. They told me about fingerprinting and gave me time to get certified online while waiting for the background check. The whole thing was pretty easy.

I sent in my resume online and then got a call for an interview. I went to a panel interview that lasted about 20 minutes. The next week, I was called back for a second interview with the head of the school. That one was another 20 to 30 minutes. A day or two after that, they offered me the job.
