Went in for an interview and the interviewer really liked my portfolio (over 100 pages, hard bound) and said she'd call me next week about my application status and to pick it up. I never heard back though. Totally a waste of time.

Horrible experience, inaccurate information, interview anywhere, horrible communication, not having the answers to the job's questions, making an employment situation even more nervous. In conclusion, was the experience valid? Valid for not wanting to know about any more openings for this company.

The process was quick and straightforward, yet comprehensive. I was informed about an upcoming test and expected to receive an update on Monday, but I heard back the very next day. However, after reviewing feedback and the company's overall rating, I'm hesitant about proceeding.

Behavioral Case

First, I had a call with HR, and then I had an interview with the hiring manager. The HR interview was pretty standard, with the usual questions about free time, self-introduction, and strengths/weaknesses. The manager's interview involved a case study to check my logical reasoning; they emphasized that the thought process matters more than the final answer.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • First step with HR, then with the hiring manager. HR interview was normal with classic questions about what you like to do in your free time, talk about yourself, weaknesses and strengths. And the manager's interview has a case to evaluate logical reasoning, the important thing is not the final result but the reasoning.
