This interview was easy to get through, just make sure you know the basics well. The entire process took about a week. It started with HR, then went to technical round 1, followed by technical round 2, and finished with the manager round.

The recruiter reached out to me first and they set up the whole interview process which took about 3 weeks. First you meet the hiring manager to discuss your background and learn about Solver. They're mostly checking if you'd fit the company culture. Then there's a panel interview with situational questions and they also want to know more about your personality. The final step is usually talking with the CRO/CEO for their approval.

The interview process included an initial phone conversation, followed by an in-person meeting with a panel of three interviewers, and concluded with a final phone call with a C-Level executive. The entire experience was very professional and cordial, with all individuals I encountered being a pleasure to interact with. My positive experience with Solver's interview process was a major factor in my decision to accept their offer, especially since I was being considered for multiple positions.

I was asked to complete an online test to check my SSIS and SQL skills. A head hunter contacted me and recorded my interview for internal review. After that, I had a phone interview with my current boss, and then a face-to-face interview was set up in the LA office. The recruiter called to say I was selected and asked for my start date, which I had to postpone by four months due to a contract 'Go Live'. They agreed to the delay. I received and completed all new hire paperwork electronically from the controller. A background check was also conducted.
