I applied for the intern position through a recruitment company. I took several online tests (English, Portuguese, logic, and reasoning) and recorded a personal presentation video. A month later, HR contacted me to schedule an online interview via Teams. Two days before, I was notified that it had been rescheduled for a week later at the manager's request. On the scheduled day and time, I joined the meeting and waited for over thirty minutes, but no one showed up. After reaching out, I was informed that the position had been 'put on standby,' and no one had notified me. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how it is with employees!

It was a really relaxed process, I went through 3 interviews, one with HR and another with members of the area I'll be working in. Questions were always focused on my career, what I've done in the market, some tools, mostly challenges, a moment when my effort was essential, and things like that. What I found interesting is that in the middle of the interview, they sometimes stopped and asked me to give an answer in English. This continued throughout the 3 interviews I had, usually simple questions about hobbies, personal introductions, and so on, with no technical questions to be answered in English. I believe the goal was just to see if we are capable of communicating in other languages. Overall, the 3 interviews were very casual.
