The interview process involved three stages: an HR representative, a technical manager, and then the center manager. It was mostly normal, although sometimes managers without experience were assigned to positions because experienced individuals declined them. The interview process was also biased based on family status and ethnicity.

It started with a typical behavioral interview on campus and then I was invited to an on site interview in Houston. Everyone was extremely nice and it appeared that the company valued young employees and training them properly. I received an offer but declined as the location of the offer would not be known until well after the deadline to accept.

Started with an email from HR for an initial chat to confirm I understood the role and met the basic requirements. Then, the same HR person arranged a phone call with an on-site manager. This call involved questions about my qualifications and a general discussion about the company. The final stage, also arranged by HR, was an on-site interview with about 5-6 managers and lead engineers. These interviews were mostly behavioral and pretty straightforward. The overall process was pleasant, and everyone was friendly. However, after the on-site interviews, I never heard back from them, which I found quite rude, expecting at least a rejection email. It was a decent experience overall, and I do like the company.
