The interview process began with a recruiter and HR call. Then, there was a technical interview with three senior engineers to assess skills, followed by a group interview with the team to check for project fit. The decision was made quickly after.

There was a phone screen that wasn't scheduled where the recruiter called and asked questions like salary expectations, and I didn't get to prepare or look at the job post. Then, there was a 1 hour video interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked really specific questions that had multiple parts. It was hard to make sure I answered everything she asked because I couldn't see the question while answering. They said it would take a few weeks to know if I'd move on to the next stage, which was an interview with her and someone else. I didn't hear back so I followed up with the recruiter, and they sent a generic reply. I feel like I wasted my time.

The HR person was supposed to call me at a certain time but was 20 minutes late, and I was on a conference call. Then she talked to me for 25 minutes. Three days later, I had an interview with the hiring manager, who said I would hear back the next week. I asked for feedback because I was waiting on another offer, but they didn't give me any. I followed up the next week and was ignored. I sent an email because I had to respond to another company's offer, but they never got back to me. The whole process was unprofessional and showed a lack of respect.
