First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Solutionreach.
Scrum Master
The interview process began with a phone screen, and after being selected, I was invited for an in-person interview. This involved two rounds of panel interviews. The panel was quite friendly and put me at ease. The interviews mainly focused on my previous job experience and included a case study. Things seemed to go well, and they inquired about my availability to join. Unfortunately, despite following up a few times, I received no feedback or communication, which was quite disappointing for candidates like me who appreciate some form of feedback.
- Could you explain why you are interested in Solutionreach?
- What is your experience with the number of teams you've managed?
- Describe your approach to conducting a retrospective meeting.
Project Manager
Applied online and had a call with a Project Manager the following week. The overall process was quick. But, the job posting, the questions that were asked, and the feedback given during the process didn't quite match up. The interviewer's questions didn't really help gauge experience in building software, and they couldn't really explain what software teams and projects the new hire would be joining. It was just an unpleasant experience overall because the feedback from the phone screen and the follow-up email were inconsistent, and honestly, they should be able to tell interviewees what projects they'd be working on.
- What motivated your application to this company?
Graphic Representative
I had a quick phone chat first. Then, I went in person to meet with some VPs in customer service. It was a bit of a surprise who I was meeting! They were really nice and easy to talk to. The whole thing was about 30-40 minutes.
- What skills can you offer for the role?
- What skills and talents do you possess?
- Can you tell me about your education?
Account Development Representative
I had one single interview with two of the floor managers, it was a very unique process. They hire based on personality and character rather than job history. They ask you how Solutionreach plays into your life or career. They want to hire people that will help the company, but they also want to hire people that the company will help.
- Sell me something; it can be whatever you want, just sell it to me, and make me buy it.
