First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Solution Tree.
Logistics Specialist
The whole thing took about a week and I had 3 interviews. First was a phone call with HR, we talked about the job and the company. Then I talked to my direct supervisor, we went over usual job questions and also figured out if it was a good fit for both of us. The last interview was with the President.

Human Resources
My interview experience was great. The team was professional and friendly, and they kept me informed. I felt valued. The questions were fair and relevant, covering both the job and my reasons for applying. This positive experience influenced my decision to accept the offer. It really shows the company's great culture.

Relationship Manager
The first interview was with the hiring manager, then it quickly moved to a second interview with team members. The third round, the final one before meeting people in the office, was with the VP and director. The first interview was a phone call, and the rest were video calls. The interviews seemed to go well, I got good feedback, and I was able to ask questions that were well-received. After the third interview, I never heard back. I emailed the hiring manager a week later for an update and got no response. After being fast-tracked through three interviews, it's only polite to at least give a candidate an update, even if it's a rejection.

- What specifically about this role interests you?
- What unique value can you offer to the company?
Marketing
My whole interviewing experience was wonderful from HR to the hiring managers. The company has a very transparent and open culture and I love what they are doing to help educators. The HR manager was very pleasant and easy to talk to. The time frame was a little long, but I understand when there are multiple people interviewing, schedules don't always allow for a tight time frame. Although I didn't get the position I applied for, I understand they are looking for the right person with the best attributes to fulfill the role. It will help me to polish my attributes so I may have the opportunity to be a part of their company.
- What personal characteristics do you possess that you believe make you uniquely qualified for this role?
