It was a pretty standard interview process. I applied online and then a recruiter reached out for a phone interview. The first one went okay, though I was pretty nervous. Then I was invited to the office for another interview, which went way better. Overall, things seemed to be progressing well. After that, I got a call back. I missed the call but called them right back. Haven't heard anything since.

Met with the CEO and SVP. They present themselves as a 50/50 Software Solutions and Staffing Solutions company. However, it's really an IT Staffing company. The whole interview process feels like they're just shopping your resume around to their IT Staffing and Recruiting teams to get commissions. It's a super shady process, so be careful!

It was shorter than I expected; they spent more time focusing on soft skills than on technical skills. I was expecting something more along the lines of a technical assessment, and they asked a lot more about what technologies I've used in the past. I was not asked a single coding or problem-solving question.
