This was a super long and tedious process with over 10 interviews. Everyone I met was great, but there were just so many stakeholders and it took a lot of time to manage, plus I was worried about taking time off my current job for these interviews.

I was recruited online through one of their job postings. I had a number of interviews with Solomon Edwards recruiters and also with the company they were recruiting for. I had to keep chasing Solomon Edwards for updates, as they were disorganized and not great at following up or following through.

I visited their office in the Galleria area and had conversations with several of the main people involved with the account. Since it's a consulting firm, they collaborate closely. They were very welcoming and polite from the moment I arrived. I had a really good talk with a few of them, it hardly felt like an interview.

It was a basic interview with a surface-level question, basically asking about your experience and what you're looking for in the position. They also asked about location preferences. They did a walkthrough of my resume and my path to my current situation. It was an easy interview with a basic question.

  • Can you walk me through your resume and past experiences?
