Investment Banking Analyst
The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. It mainly consisted of behavioral questions with a few technical ones thrown in. Just knowing the basics should be enough. It was about 30 words long, which is wild.

you gotta go to a target school, then there's an HR screening, then a first round interview that has technical and behavioral questions mixed together. The Superday had 3 interviews with people ranging from analysts to partners. Overall it was a good experience and they were really friendly.

Investment Banking Analyst
First there was an HR call for about 20 minutes, asking about why I wanted to do IB and why Solomon, with no technical questions. Then, a first round interview with two analysts that lasted 30 minutes, covering both behavioral and technical questions. Finally, a 2-hour superday with three interviews, conducted by analysts up to MDs.
