It was a group interview with very good treatment from the interviewers. They asked us about our experience, age, and location. They explained the tasks to be performed, working hours, and the possibility of growing within the company, etc. It lasted approximately 40 minutes.

The hiring process involved a phone interview, followed by two one-on-one interviews and a group interview. The process took a while, about two months, and then became a bit confusing because it stretched out over three months total. There were two interviews in one week, then a long break for two and a half months, and then I met with the department manager and supervisor. Two weeks after that, the HR manager hired me.

The interview process involved a business and IT interview. The business interviewer asked about using systems for managing truck and logistics operations between Canada and USA locations. A key point discussed was handling peak demand, using the example of needing all green cups for St. Patrick's Day. It was emphasized that getting these cups to stores beforehand is critical because they become useless after the event, leading to increased inventory and return costs. Vendor management was also a stressed aspect, given that vendors were used for software development and management.

The interview process was quite fast. I was initially contacted by a staffing agency who had my resume. After submitting my resume to Solo, I was invited for an onsite interview that same afternoon. The interview was pretty typical, with questions about my skills and work habits, as well as my past work experience. I met with three people from the team I would be joining, interviewing one-on-one with each of them.
