First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sollis Health.
Data Analyst
I had a phone interview. They asked about the projects and experience and they gave an overview about the company and few behavioral questions. In phone call they didn't ask for technical questions.
- Can you discuss your past projects and experience?
- What is your understanding of our company?
- Could you share some behavioral insights?
Front Desk Coordinator
The job requirements looked pretty entry-level: a High School degree or equivalent, 1-2 years of hospitality experience, and administrative skills. The interview process, though, was a lot. There were three rounds (a 15-minute call and two video calls), and they wanted four referrals: two from previous managers and two from coworkers. HR ghosting me, even after I followed up, was the worst part.
- What makes you want to join this company
Clinical Operations
The interview process was so terrible! There is a lack of communication and follow-up after passing the initial screening. The person who interviewed was completely unprofessional, rude, and acted entitled and with an air of superiority. This is the one time during an interview process when I was GLAD to be ghosted even after passing to the second round.
- Could you elaborate on your background and explain how your previous experience aligns with the requirements outlined in the job description?
Physician
Had a nice series of zoom meetings where I talked with some of the company leaders. They gave me a lot of good info. I had a good chance to ask my own questions too. I got a solid understanding of what the job entails and felt really positive about the whole experience.
- What do you think you can bring to the company?
