This is a pretty long interview process. You'll talk to HR, your future teammates, your direct manager, and some higher-ups. They'll ask you standard questions about your past work and what you did. You can ask them questions after each chat.

Went through two phone calls, one with HR and another with a higher-up. I answered some questions and gave my feedback. They also reviewed my resume and explained what the position entailed. It was an average process, but I learned a lot about the company.

It was a 5-round process. First, a recruiter phone call. Then, an in-person interview with an executive recruiter. The next three rounds were in their office with various executives and the CEO. They initially made an offer, then rescinded it due to reasons they had previously found acceptable. After that, they made a different offer, but then had second thoughts about that one as well. Despite my explaining how much better I was than the other candidates, they couldn't seem to make a firm decision. I spent a lot of time on what ended up not being a real opportunity. My advice is to be clear about what you want; the people at Soligent are nice, but they don't seem to have a clear plan for hiring new talent.

Behavioral Technical

The initial recruiter was really friendly during the outreach. They called me and asked a lot of questions. This must have been enough because I had two virtual face-to-face interviews afterward. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected and got a standard rejection email. It felt impersonal given the amount of time I spent answering questions during the initial call. It seems like some companies just waste people's time. If you already knew who you wanted, you should have just said so instead of playing games. It had nothing to do with my skills or how I interviewed. Some companies just don't want to pay what you're worth and hire the cheapest option. That's not ideal because you get what you pay for, leading to recurring issues on your team. Maybe they'll eventually realize this.
