First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Solidifi.
Valuation Analyst
My interview process started with a recruiter call that was at least 30 minutes. After the call, they gave me a tour of the office, which is a big open room with people in casual clothes. About two weeks later, I received a voicemail from the interviewer saying I wasn't selected to move forward. I was surprised because I thought the interview went well and I'm not sure how a talent specialist could assess my fit for an analyst role.
- Can you describe what qualities define a good leader?
- Could you share your most significant accomplishments?
- Tell me about a time you identified a problem and how you resolved it.

I got an email listing three jobs they were hiring for. Finding the office was tricky, but I got there. I signed in on an iPad and they took my picture for an ID. Then, I had a one-on-one chat with someone. It was pretty chill, but she asked a lot about my family, which felt a bit too personal. I think I left a career fair flyer behind by accident. I felt like the interview went great and she seemed to think I was a good fit, mentioning I had more reporting experience than others. Maybe leaving the flyer was the issue for not getting an offer. Anyway, I didn't think the job was the right fit for me.
- Can you describe your greatest skills and accomplishments?
- Are you aware this role is not a financial position?
- I see you have a family/kids. Can you tell me more about your family?
Valuation Analyst
It was a thorough and friendly process with multiple people. I first met with a recruiter, then staff and the manager. The interview itself was informal and covered a range of question types, and they seemed really interested in my opinion. I felt well-informed about the company and its future, though I could have used a bit more information. I felt a good connection because the company's values seemed to align with mine. They asked a variety of questions, not just the standard ones.
- Tell me about your interests outside of work.
