Behavioral Presentation

It was a very human and insightful interview process. We did role-playing and discussed motivations and experiences, and how you see yourself in the role. They rephrased questions if I didn't understand and talked about human organization and social value.

Behavioral Technical Case

The hiring process was quite lengthy and involved a general conversation, psycho-analytical tests, a very broad case study, and a final interview, ultimately leading to a job offer. It was a drawn-out recruitment procedure, and the case study didn't really give a clear picture of the actual job.

Behavioral Technical Other

The recruitment process was quite long, lasting about 3 months and included a series of tests and interactions with HR. This created false hopes, leading to frustration and anger in the end. Here's how it went down, chronologically: First, a phone call with HR. Then, a written test with 5 sharp open-ended questions about public procurement. After that, a personality test. This was followed by a 1.5-hour Teams interview with the department head and HR. The final stage was an in-person interview with a jury, which was particularly intimidating, even unsettling. Walking into a huge meeting room and being told to sit at a desk in the middle of the room, facing the jury... it makes you question their methods... Ultimately, a few days later, I was told they chose 2 other candidates for reasons that seem trivial (reasons that could have been identified earlier, especially during the written tests or the 1.5-hour Teams meeting, which would have saved me the ordeal of facing the jury). We were 4 in the final stage, with 2 positions to fill. It really put me off this mutual insurance company, which I was initially drawn to because of its social and human values.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for a Mutualist Advisor position at Solidaris, drawn by their social and human values. However, the recruitment process, lasting almost three months, was very frustrating. They used insignificant, even trivial, things to justify their rejection, even though I passed all stages. They simply said they had to filter 300 applications and focused on irrelevant details like my speaking pace to find a reason. It's no surprise they have high turnover. My desire for professional growth was also poorly received. Friends with qualifications and motivation experienced the same. It makes you wonder if Solidaris is ready for ambitious profiles. They really have high turnover.
