So for this sales associate role, there was this weird book thing I had to read, but after that, it was pretty standard. Started with a phone interview, then a Zoom call, and finally an in-person meeting. They really care about attitude for sales roles, so just be super confident and talk their talk, and you should be good.

It was an easy interview and I was asked some questionable questions. They're trying to gauge your entrepreneurial spirit. If you have it, that's great. They asked about the books I read and what I'd do with a million dollars.

This company gets a really bad rating, but I had a terrible experience here. It started fine, HR called and did a screening. Then I had an in-person interview with one of the CEOs, which went really well. I even got the offer letter that same afternoon and signed it! I was so excited I went out to celebrate and planned to quit my current job. But then the HR rep texted me while I was at dinner, telling me there was a mix-up and to hold off on quitting. I waited a day and then followed up myself. Apparently, the other CEO had already offered the same job to someone else earlier. The HR text said 'Sorry for the mix up. But I would just plan on not having the job.' That's when it should have ended, showing how disorganized and unprofessional they were. Texting someone who already signed an offer to basically say they don't have the job anymore is the worst. I was already marked as an employee in their system. Two weeks after that awful text, I got a 'welcome to the team' email meant for the other candidate. But the drama didn't stop. Another two weeks later (a month after my signed offer!), HR called again. They apologized and said the first candidate didn't work out, and they wanted to talk to me again. I agreed to go in the next day. I met with the other CEO who had hired the first person. He acted like I had accepted the job again. There was a desk with my name on it, he introduced me to the whole team as their new brand designer, and said he'd see me Monday. I never went back. It was the worst experience ever. RUN.

I applied online and heard back from the company two days later. The recruiter was communicative and easy to schedule with. I then had two interviews with different managing leaders. The process was well-organized and I received good feedback.
