I had an initial discovery call. They were very friendly and the conversation flowed well. The conditions weren't aligned with what I'm looking for, so I decided not to continue with the hiring process.

First part is with an HR person from Mexico in English, overall a chill interview. Second part is a logical test followed by a behavioral test. Then there would be two more interviews with people from inside. Long process in my opinion, involving tests and interviews. They did not get back to me with receipt of the test and updates on the process.

First, I had a validation call with HR. Then, they sent my resume to the hiring sales manager who scheduled a call with me. The sales manager was really chill and honest, and I learned a lot about the company, like their philosophy, culture, and how high-driving the sales team is. I hope they call me back.
