Behavioral Presentation

I applied through LinkedIn and HR reached out pretty quickly for a short phone interview. After that, I had an in-person interview with the same HR person and another team member from the CEO's office, though not my direct supervisor. This was a new role, and they seemed a bit unsure about the exact needs. They're basically looking for a PM consultant, which is fine, but they kind of expected a proposal during the interview. It's tough to outline specific deliverables like "I'll do X, need Y, deliver Z" when you have so little information. It's also unusual because it's a PM role with no direct reports, making it feel more like a general operations position than a typical PM role.

I had a phone interview with HR, and then a Skype interview with the CFO. After that, there was an "in office" interview that included a lunch meeting. During the lunch, the interviewer warned me about high turnover and low morale, even though he was staring at his phone. Be aware that they take weeks to respond between interviews, and HR is terrible at answering emails or calls.

The process was quite fast and agile, the recruiter followed up very well. The interviews with my future bosses were also very satisfactory and clear, from there to recruitment everything went very well.
