The process was really fast and smooth with great communication from everyone. I had an initial call with an outsourced HR person, then spoke with the Manager of the area, followed by the Director, and finally the VP. Everyone was really nice and honest.

I was ghosted twice. They didn't stick to their promises. They have high expectations for candidates, but don't want future employees to have high expectations for the company or interviewers/future colleagues. Everyone has a different view of what they're looking for. It's a long and complex process. It seems everyone is taking care of their own sits first and fires both internally and all the struggles worldwide. The more advanced the stages, the more it seemed that new entrants will just enter an extremely difficult environment.

Had a one on one with the manager. It was a straightforward interview where they asked about my resume and work history. They asked the typical questions, like what do you know about the business. The interviewer was looking for someone with a strong personality who can get along with the team. It wasn't a difficult interview.
