Customer Service Representative
I really liked how the interview process went. The manager was nice and I heard back from them pretty quickly. They did one virtual interview and then one in-person interview, and the whole thing took about a month.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Customer Service Representative
I submitted my application and had to do a cognitive assessment and a personality assessment. Then I had two interviews. The first was a phone screening where they told me about the position. The second was a video interview with the hiring manager. During the video interview, the hiring manager mostly complained about their team and past applicants. It seemed like they don't listen to feedback. I barely got to talk. The pay isn't great for the amount of work and stress involved. The second interview was a total red flag, and I decided not to work there.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty standard. They asked me a bunch of questions about my past jobs, like tough situations I faced and how I managed them. The interview was about 20 minutes long, and two supervisors were asking the questions.
- Tell me about a challenging situation you encountered in a previous job and describe how you resolved it.
