The hiring process was incredibly long and tedious. First, I had to complete the Vista CCT exam, which required dedicated study and practice. After passing the exam, I went through four interview rounds. The process culminated in an in-person meeting that went very well, followed by reference checks. However, I never received any follow-up or feedback. It felt like a complete waste of my professional time, suggesting a possible insider preference or exclusive club dynamic.

The interview process was too long. When she explained the steps to me, I was already overwhelmed by the numerous stages, which would take about a month. After that, there would be a long onboarding period. I also received a test assessment, which was easy but time consuming, and included tedious logic questions. Eventually, I decided to give up.

Usually a recruiter will reach out, then you'll interview with the manager. The manager seems new. You should hear back within a couple days if you get the job. It's a quick process.
