It was an easy interview process, but I wish they had told us about the mandatory overtime, which has been happening for over two years straight. It's important for candidates to know what they are getting into.

Behavioral Technical

I got a call for a background and credit check. Then, I had to do an assessment. Following that, I had a Zoom interview that included an unexpected assessment. Finally, I was scheduled for an in-person interview. The whole thing took about 4 weeks. After all that, they just ghosted me, no email or anything saying I didn't get the job.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with an HR call focusing on sponsorship and self-introduction, including how I handle difficulties. This went well. Next was an online technical interview with the Software Engineering Director, where my answers were impressive, leading to an in-person interview. The final round was a panel interview that included both behavioral and technical questions.
