We had a Zoom interview with two managers and the CFO. It was a two-round process and honestly, it was pretty easy. The first round started with a general interview where they shared details about the role and what they're looking for. Then, I got to introduce myself and we went from there.

The interview process felt a bit disorganized. When I arrived, I learned the role was different from the one I applied for. My scheduled interview was delayed by 20 minutes because a prior meeting ran long. However, the HR and Billing managers were friendly and enthusiastic about the company. The position seemed like a good fit for my background, and I understood why they'd want to consider me for it, even though it wasn't my original application.

After getting an email saying you're moving ahead for the remote Data Entry Clerk job, you'll be asked to chat with the onboarding coordinator on Signal Messenger. Then, you'll get a special link to a quick questionnaire to fill out in 30 minutes. After you send it in, you'll find out more about the job and what you'll be doing. If you're still interested, they'll go over the pay, training, and what's expected. There's a one-week training, and a background check and ID verification before you can start.

  • What made you want to become a data entry clerk?
