Technical Support Engineer
The interviewer seemed to lack knowledge on the subject matter. Even when I provided correct answers, they felt it wasn't good enough, insisting on more detailed explanations when there wasn't anything further to add.
- Can you explain what an MCB is?
- And what about a fuse, can you define that?
Technical Support Engineer
You should learn basic electrical questions and have good communication skills. Also, learn about various inverters and how the electrical equipment works inside. Also, try to demonstrate a lot of things regarding the projects and be clear in what you eventually inform.
- Can you tell me about transformers and their different types?
- Could you explain power transformers?
Technical Support Engineer
The interview process was quick. It involved several interviews, including with HR and Engineers for technical assessment. The interview at the headquarters in Israel included background and personal questions. The whole process took about a month from start to finish. I declined the offer because I had already accepted another job offer a few days prior.
- Tell me about your technical skills.
- Behavioral questions.
- What do you know about Solar?
