It was a 3 step process: direct manager, his boss and HR. The interview wasn't super difficult and the interviewer was trying to help when you get stuck. Best to come prepared about the subjects they gave you.

I had a phone call, then a take-home test that lasted an hour. After that, there was a professional interview with the team leader for about 80 minutes, followed by an interview with the CTO for about 45 minutes. Then an HR interview. It all ended strangely with a rejection, though they were all really nice and kind during the process.

It was a phone call interview, then a technical interview, followed by another interview with the manager of the group. It was not that short. I declined at the end. They were professional but it was tough.
