It was a pretty standard interview process, not overly challenging. The main thing is to be familiar with the industry and specifically with SRECs. They've also started dealing with other environmental commodities, so it would be good to have some knowledge about those too.

I met with a current employee over coffee, then they asked for my resume for an open position. I talked with the hiring manager, then the HR rep, then went into the office to have 4 in-person interviews. The in-person interviews had the hiring team (4 people), 4 people from other teams, the HR rep, and then senior management (VP of Operations and the COO).
