FP&A Manager
I heard back about two months after I applied for the Senior Manager job. The first call was okay, but I was surprised they seemed unsure about the job's responsibilities and future. A few weeks later, they reposted the same job, but it was now a Manager role and temp-to-perm. Even though the call was fine, it was disappointing that they didn't follow up after I reached out. It seems like they don't have a good hiring process and don't care about basic politeness. They interviewed people for a job that was changing without being upfront, and then didn't give any updates, which shows a disorganized and rude culture.

HR Generalist
The interview process was really bad, felt like a terrible date. I was stood up for my scheduled interview, and then they completely ghosted me when I tried to follow up. This company seriously needs to fix how they handle hiring people. They should either make sure their mission statement actually matches what they do when hiring, or change their hiring strategy so it fits with the values they say they have. What's happening isn't really 'talent acquisition'; it's just hurting their image in the job market.

Assistant Manager
I applied on LinkedIn and was immediately contacted by a headhunter. Then I had a Teams interview with the people manager. The next step was an interview with the hiring manager. I was expecting feedback, but I was ghosted even after I reached out.

Creative Manager
I applied for a job at the Paris international office and almost immediately got an invite for a virtual meeting. The interviewer was nice and I felt like the interview went well. She mentioned she had other interviews to do but would get back to me within a week or two. I sent a thank you email right after and waited. After two weeks with no news, I followed up by email again. Still no reply, so I messaged on LinkedIn, but nothing. I even contacted the external recruiter twice by email and phone with no response. It's clear I'm being ghosted. I wanted to keep a professional connection for future freelance work too, but this ghosting is really unprofessional and disrespectful. Just letting me know they picked someone else would have been common decency. Ignoring someone who reached out 4+ times is unacceptable. Overall, it was a very disrespectful experience.
