First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SoHo.
Waiter Assistant
I was invited for an interview, but unfortunately, I never heard back. I even wrote to the number I was invited to interview with. They didn't even let me know that I wasn't the right person, which I think is disrespectful.
- Where do you live and what is your availability?
Account Executive
It was a really comprehensive and detailed interview that covered all the essential aspects and pertinent questions. They went into a lot of detail. It felt thorough and covered all the basics and relevant questions. It was very elaborate and detail oriented.

Site Supervisor
I showed up on time, shook their hand, and talked about my past jobs and abilities. I emphasized my good points, asked smart questions, and acted professionally. Then I said thanks and waited to hear back.

- How do you make sure safety rules are followed on a construction site?

The process was quite fast, lasting less than two weeks. The recruiter, Camila, was very warm and clear. I didn't have to do any entry exercises. The entire process was conducted virtually.
