First, there was a company presentation and then I had to present myself. They asked me standard questions about my past experience and my upcoming training. After that, they said they would get back to me on the day of the interview or the next day with an answer, and then they ghosted me forever. They never gave any sign of life after that.

Behavioral Technical

I had an interview with two managers who were immediately hostile and presumptive, making it difficult to converse with them. It was a very discursive meeting with no financial or economic fundamentals. No technical questions were asked. What surprised me was hearing them speak ill not only of the person leaving but also of the current employee in another plant. After the meeting, a few days later, I received an interesting offer, but it wasn't well-aligned with my role, so I decided to decline because the situation wasn't clear to me and my questions weren't being answered. Their strong disappointment at that moment made me realize that the decision I had made was ultimately the correct one.

It was a really simple interview process. They asked basic questions and I heard back in about 3 days. I checked in at reception and was taken to a room for a one-on-one chat. We discussed my work background, how I'd get to the job, and some health-related things. It felt pretty relaxed.
