Frontend Engineer
So I had this AI interview for a Backend Developer role, you know, Python/Django. It was all online with pre-recorded questions, checking my tech skills, how I solve problems, and if I know my backend stuff. They asked about Python, Django, REST APIs, and some scenarios for databases and making them run better. I also had to talk about my projects, like how I handled logins, orders, and background jobs. It felt pretty structured and I think I did okay showing what I know. It also gave me a good idea of what they're looking for.
- My knowledge of Django models, views, signals, and how to actually use them in practice was tested.
- I talked about how I would use models like Order, OrderItem, and Product.
- I explained how I'd manage inventory using signals.
Associate Developer

This is an offline process for selection through pool campus 2024. First, there's registration and document verification. Then, an aptitude test to check your math, logic, and analytical skills. After that, a coding test where you solve programming problems to see how good you are at coding. Next, a technical interview to assess your technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and coding ability. Finally, an HR interview to evaluate your communication, personality, and if you fit the company values. Then they announce the selection. It's a one-day process.
- Tell me about the projects you've worked on.
- What skills do you possess?
- Could you walk me through your resume?

Finally, an HR interview to assess personality, communication, cultural fit, and career aspirations, focusing on soft skills, work ethic, adaptability, and long-term alignment with the company’s values and environment.
