The interview process was pretty chill. It included checking English skills and some specific tech skills for the program. The intern program is usually for junior or pre-junior devs, but some questions felt like they were for higher-level juniors. I guess they don't have a strict point system to pass, but more about whether you have the basics down. Then, in the next online interview, they'd check if you're eager to learn and how you'd fit the company culture. Overall, it was a good interview experience.

So after you apply online, a recruiter will hit you up to schedule a quick call. They'll probably ask about your Java background, if you know OOP, and if you've played with Spring or Hibernate. If they dig your vibe, you'll get a coding challenge to do online, maybe build a small Java thing or fix some code, gotta get it done in a certain time. Pass that, and you're on to a technical interview with a senior Java dev or team lead. This could be in person or video, and they'll likely throw some coding, algorithms, and Java trivia at you. Show 'em you know your Java basics like data structures, algorithms, and exception handling, and can actually use those frameworks.

The interview process was a really good experience overall. From the start, it felt welcoming and friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away. The interviewers were professional but also approachable, making the conversation easy. I really liked that the questions were clear and organized, allowing me to showcase my skills and knowledge effectively. They also gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions and learn more about the company and its projects. All in all, it was a very encouraging and informative interview.
