DevOps Engineer
After applying or getting referred, expect a significant delay before they review your application (I waited three months post-referral to hear back). Once they reach out, you'll need to complete an English proficiency test and a self-assessment form. Following that, there's a one-hour technical interview. If your profile aligns with one of their projects, you'll then interview with the client you'd be working with. Otherwise, they'll say they'll contact you if a project fits your background, which is basically a way to say you'll be ghosted.
- Can you tell me about your experience with specific technologies and how you'd tackle problems using them?
DevOps Engineer
I really enjoyed my experience with the company's hiring. It was clear and organized from start to finish. The hiring team was super professional and kept me in the loop, which was great. The interviewers knew their stuff and were easy to talk to, and it felt like they really wanted to get to know me. The whole process gave me a good vibe about their culture and made me more excited about the job.
- Tell me about your experience with Terraform.
- What's your knowledge of AWS?
- Can you discuss CI/CD pipelines?
Devops Engineer
My initial interactions with HR were great. After discussing my past work, HR set up a phone call to check my English. The main technical interview was relaxed and not intense. They asked a lot about the tech on my CV and the questions I'd already answered. Mostly, they wanted to know about problems I'd encountered with those technologies and how I solved them. A few days later, I got a call inviting me to finalize the hiring details.
- Can you tell me about Linux?
- What about "next working"?
- How do you understand the TCP/IP stack?
