Business Analyst
So I was invited for an interview, but then they said the position was frozen. A few months later, it opened up again, and I was told my experience wasn't a fit, even though I was already partway through the process before. The job's been posted again recently. Honestly, it feels like they're just collecting resumes and not actually hiring anyone.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you share some information about projects you've managed?
Business Analyst
The interview process took about 3 weeks and included 2 technical interviews and a meeting with the hiring manager. A really unusual part was the Caliper Personality Assessment, which they seem to think is crucial for getting the job, though I'm not sure if it applies to every role.
- Can you tell us about your business analysis background?
- What do you consider to be your strongest and weakest points in the context of business analysis?
Business Analyst
The interview process was very well developed. The HR team is nice and responsive. The second interview was organized one week after the first conversation with the HR representative. One hour after the interview with the manager, I was informed the company would like to hire me and I received an offer. I was impressed by the professionalism and dedicated work of the HR team and their collaboration with the managers.
- Can you provide an example of a difficult situation you successfully resolved?
