Good place to work, was fairly stable up until DOGE started slashing government contracts. Good culture and management, pay was pretty mediocre at the bottom but for more experienced devs it was better. Overall I'd recommend the place for any new devs starting their career.

I went through a few rounds of interviews with different panels because they were hiring for a bunch of roles and this was my third interview for one of them. They kept saying how much they liked me and that a few teams were interested, but one team had priority. I felt pretty good about my chances, but then I heard nothing. I followed up with the HR person a lot, but they ghosted me. So, I guess they didn't think I was good enough to even respond?

The recruitment process for this role could have been much more organized. They were slow to reply to emails and the whole process took a long time. They even mixed up the position with another one and gave me the wrong assessment. Salary wasn't brought up until the very end, after they said they liked me and asked about my salary expectations. Then, I was rejected without any opportunity to negotiate. They also ghosted me when I asked for more detailed feedback. The engineers I spoke with and the company itself seemed great, but the overall interview process wasn't very respectful of my time.

It was scheduled as a single round, and about 6 people were invited, but only two joined the Zoom call. The meeting was recorded and cameras were required, but the interviewers didn't turn theirs on, which felt rude. The interview was only an hour, and I had to talk about my experience and explain the framework. They moved fast between questions, so I didn't have time to think. I had been texting with the recruiter, who was nice before, but after the interview, she didn't reply to my texts for updates, even though she wished me luck. They said I'd hear back in 2 days, but after four business days with no word, I emailed to follow up. Then I got a message saying they were going with someone else.
