Product Designer
- Could you tell me a little about yourself?
- What do you consider a successful case for you?
- How do you handle disagreements within the team?
Product Designer
It was really tough, but each part was really cool. You could tell everyone there had a high level of knowledge and was very open to listening and explaining about the company and what the role would be. I thought the interview with the team was really neat, it was a very innovative experience for me.
- How long have you been in this field?
Product Designer
The Softplan process was great, the company is differentiated in this regard compared to other large companies I've participated in. They are very cordial, but also not "soft", what they need to ask, they ask. The recruiter gave me a lot of security and calm, something that is important for those aiming for a job. The technical managers showed themselves to be great people.
- What work methodologies are you experienced with?
- How do you handle pressure?
